International Student Welcome Events- Fall 2026

Welcome, new Roadrunners! Get ready to kick off your UT San Antonio journey with our welcome events designed especially for you. These events are designed to help you settle in, connect with peers, and learn about life as an international student at UT San Antonio.

International New Student Orientation

Date: TBD
Purpose: Start your UT San Antonio journey at the International Student Orientation- a full‑day program with key campus resources, a resource fair, and free breakfast and lunch. Please note that your academic department might host a separate orientation. We strongly encourage you to attend both your departmental orientation and the International Student Orientation, as each provides unique and important information.

Welcome Social

Date: TBD
Purpose: Celebrate your arrival with a fun, relaxed social event! Meet our mascot, Rowdy, connect with other international students, enjoy activities, food, and lots of goodies!

Success Series

Purpose: Five workshops, once a week, featuring campus experts to help you thrive academically, socially, and professionally. Learn with lunch and refreshments.
