LOCATIONS NOTED ON THE RESTRICTED REGIONS LIST MUST BE APPROVED BY THE IOC.

Faculty and Staff must apply to some locations rated 2 and all locations rated 3 & 4 under "Overall Travel Advisory Level" or "Regional Levels and Recommendations". Please reference the Restricted Regions List.
