Interested in studying abroad in Taiwan? Come learn about one of the largest and most affordable UTSA-led programs available! Explore night markets, beautiful beaches, ancient Chinese cultural history. Taiwan hosts the largest collection of Chinese artifacts and artwork in the world. This program features multiple excursions and various activities to truly experience Taiwanese culture. Gilman Scholarship Workshop hosted by Dr. Andrew Chapman
Want to study abroad at some point in your four years at UTSA? The Gilman Scholarship helps thousands of students each year with awards of up to $5,000. Last year, 17 UTSA students won the award. To be eligible, you must be receiving a Pell Grant and be a US citizen and planning to attend a program of 21 days or more. You can apply to the scholarship up to 9 months in advance. There are no GPA requirements and no letter of recommendations required to apply. Learn more about the Office of Nationally Competitive Awards.

The College of Business (COB) offers global enrichment opportunities for all business students. International experiences have a profound impact on our students. It’s a tremendous opportunity to learn about international business, engage in a new culture and develop marketable skills. The courses taken in these approved programs will apply to a student’s degree. COB sponsors a variety of faculty-led, intensive study immersion programs in the spring and summer semesters. Past trips have included educational visits and exchanges to Australia, China, France, India, Italy, Japan and more.

One of Germany’s leading technical universities located in the “City of Science”. Language of instruction is English and German with areas of study in engineering, and natural sciences. This session will be delivered by Philina Wittke, German Liaison at UTSA Global Initiatives, Head of TU Darmstadt North America Office.
